Connecting the Dots
There is a distinct group among our fellow humans who need help more than anybody else: vulnerable children. Many followers of wazawazi have demonstrated an exceptionally high desire to support our humanitarian work.
This encouraged us to set up wazawazi – connecting the dots focused entirely on helping the most defenseless when they need somebody dedicated in their corner. We chose this name to express what we want to do: facilitate connecting those who would like to help with those who need help.
Initially, we will continue to focus on supporting children who have become victims of physical or sexual violence by organising placement in safe environments where they will have the opportunity to heal and get a fair chance at life. This is just the beginning. We have many more ideas: schools, hospitals, vocational skill development, employment creation and so forth. In the meantime, we will take one step at a time.
So, please, check in with us as we shape our program and let us know if you want to support our work at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll keep you updated on this site.
Until then, go well and thank you for your encouragement.
